Doing Well Overall, Keep Stretching


Overall, well. Limited flexibility in lower back is a concern. Overextended, strained lower back in early September. Muscles knotted, limits strength and mobility. Working with physical therapy to increase flexibility and strength. Received email contact data for Sherry. Will keep sending updates and use of stretching exercises. Intent is to work on stretching, flexibility first, then work to increase core strength. 01/07/2020
