Resumed Golfing, Swimming, Cycling, and Walking

Limitations prior to surgery: Not able to work out, no running, no golf, some cycling, some weight training. Post-surgery: More active, swimming, golf but not 18 holes, walking one to two miles two to three times per week, cycling. *Have some limitations overall as I do have muscle spasms and some stiffness. Fitness level has been slow to return as to normal. I may be someone that would benefit from a trainer to help me get to a level of correct form and fitness, as I may overdo over overextend and not realize the issue is muscular versus postop/implant related. Flexibility in rotation and bending is not back to normal. 06/06/2014
