Much better. Before: Quality of life was suffering. Pain in lower back. Unable to stand or walk more than 10 minutes due to pain/numbness in feet/legs. After: Quality of life much improved. Able to stand/walk without pain. Currently walking 10,000 steps/day. Often distances of 1-2 miles at a time.
